There are no fees for investors. Residents can invest from as little as £5, and there is no maximum investment.

Green financing schemes such as this offer an innovative source of funding, that allows councils to borrow at a lower rate than would be available through the Public Works Loan Board. It helps reduce interest costs on green projects and saves taxpayers money.
