Nisar Malik for Hounslow Central
Nisar has lived in Hounslow for 42 years, and first served as a Councillor in 2006. From a small business grown locally in Hounslow, he now employs 230 across the UK. Nisar also is proud to support the local community, and served as a parent governor for Lampton School. As well as being a member of GMB Union, Nisar has been active as a member of Brentford and Isleworth Constituency Labour Party, where he has served as the Chair.
Along with the Ajmer and Pritam, as a Councillor in Hounslow Central Nisar has already made significant contributions to the community, particularly to local facilities. Improvements at Inwood/Thornbury Park have led to more users than ever before, and working with residents’ associations and developers will see new facilities at Hounslow Quarter too. He has also helped local businesses by introducing free parking on Kingsley Road, introducing a temporary car park on Hanworth Road, CPZ in residential roads, and easing parking pressure near tube stations. Together they have supported a new build for Hounslow Town Primary School, which offers improved facilities and more spaces.
