Bandna works as a Project Manager and Consultant in banking, and is an ex-President of the Women in Banking and Finance Group of the City of London.  She is an active campaigner, particularly on women’s and equality issues, and has contributed to many debates on these subjects.

As a Councillor for Hounslow West, Bandna has held regular surgeries and is committed to improving the environment and facilities for residents in Hounslow West.  She has conducted ward walkabouts inspections with Hounslow Highways identifying repairs and improvements. Her ‘Hounslow West Action Days’ with Council Officer Teams have also tackled fly-tipping and ensured businesses in the area trade legally.
