Karen has lived in Hounslow her whole life and so knows the area and local issues well.

She currently works in Chiswick, and previously spent many years working at Hounslow and Chiswick Police Stations. In addition to completing an Open University degree in Law this year, Karen has also served as a volunteer for many years, both working with local primary schools and home-educated children and families. In 2013 she received the Jack Petchey Award for her services.

She would like to become a Labour Councillor to listen to and act on the concerns of local people and, in doing so, to be able to contribute in a positive way to the future of the Borough.
