Lily she has served as a Councillor since in Heston West 2006. Since then she has held a range of positions including within the cabinet, including Deputy Leader between 2018 – 2022 and she is now Cabinet Member for Education, Children, Skills and Employment.

Having grown up in the Borough and attended Cranford Community College, Lily understands the issues faced by local residents, and is an experienced advocate for community needs with a professional background in the community and voluntary sectors.

Outside of her work as a Councillor, Lily works in the charity sector, and has also served as a school governor for a number of years. She is married with two children, and is passionate about continuing her work improving the lives of the people of Hounslow.
